Globetrotter and bohemian, poet, wonderer and street musician in the truest sense of the word, arrives to the Suburbium from the distant Land Down Under to sing about his life’s travels, personal dilemmas, great loves, and who knows what else… Brendan O’Reilly carries his guitar as his only luggage, but offers so much more. In return, all he wants is a bit of attention, especially from an auditorium deeply interested in the classical singer-songwriter approach to music.

Ever since 2000, when he graduated from the Department for Jazz at the Musical Conservatory in his native Sydney, Brendan travels the world performing on each and every continent, from the Far East – Japan, New Zealand and New Caledonia, toprestigious street art festivals all across Europe. Stylisticallyrelying on the jazz and blues heritage, he skillfully creates his own pop expression in the spirit of the Beatles, Stones, Kinks, Lou Reed, Dylan, Cohen and the other greats from the rock hall of fame. Into his songs full of rhythm and dazzling melodies, he inserts a great deal of humor, with which he attracts the attention of the audience, wherever he may be.
